Artistree

I primarily use Artistree for commissions to protect both you and myself. Plus with each commission, Artistree donates to Eden Reforestation!

* Due to the time and communication involved, multi-page comics will only be taken on from return clients.

Terms of Service

USAGE:

- Commercial work has additional fees (+75% of commission cost).

- I reserve the ability to post commissions to my own social media accounts, unless otherwise agreed upon (does not apply to commercial work or full rights transfer).

- No works created under this agreement are to be used for NFT or generative AI content. Violation will result in immediate termination of the contract with no refunds and the commissioner will be banned from further commissions.

UPDATES

For both my sake and yours, updates will be sent for approval at the end of each stage of a piece. This can vary by commission type, but generally will include: thumbnails, sketches, inks, flat colors, and final products. This may impact deadlines if approval is not given in a timely manner.

REVISIONS

Major changes to an illustration can only be made in the thumbnail/sketch phase. If for some reason major changes are required late into the process, please be aware that there will be up-charges based on the complexity of the changes requested.
